Mission
The mission of the Disability Office is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment at Technical University of Sofia, in which students with disabilities can develop both academically and socially.
Activities
Some of the services offered by the office for people with disabilities are aimed at adapting learning and academic activities for students, such as providing extra time to complete exams, help with note-taking, and assuring accessible study materials.
If funding is available, the unit will also offer to provide assistive technology such as screen readers or speech-to-text software.
The Disability Office will provide training to faculty and staff to help them accommodate students with disabilities.
